Position: Remote Account Manager Commercial Interior Construction Location: Remote (Must reside in New Jersey ) Employment Type: Full-time, Salaried (No commissions) Compensation: $85,000 $100,000 base + Performance Bonus Industry: Private-Sector Commercial Interiors About the Role Our client, a respected commercial interiors construction firm, is seeking a Remote Account Manager to strengthen its presence in the New Jersey market. This is a high-impact role for a professional who already has a book of business and can generate immediate project opportunities. If you are a relationship-driven account manager with deep connections in the developer, landlord, architect, and corporate client community, this role offers you the chance to lead growth and expand market presence in the private commercial interiors sector. Key Responsibilities Generate Projects: Leverage existing relationships and book of business to secure new projects in NJ. Client Management: Act as the primary liaison , ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business. Account Growth: Develop, manage, and expand long-term client accounts in private commercial interiors. Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with internal project & operations teams for seamless delivery. Revenue Targets: Meet and exceed growth and revenue goals through strategic client expansion. Mandatory Requirements (No Exceptions) Current NJ Residency must already reside in New Jersey (no relocation or sponsorship). 5+ years experience managing accounts in commercial interior construction within New Jersey. Proven Book of Business capable of generating immediate project opportunities. Industry Fit: Must be from a general contractor / commercial interiors background. Not eligible: subcontractors, material suppliers, or public/federal/union project backgrounds.
