**What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service to residents, guests, and visitors by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk.
+ Monitor access to the residential building, verifying the identity of individuals entering and leaving the location.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
+ Maintain detailed and accurate records of activities, incidents, and/or unusual occurrences at the front desk.
+ Assist with emergency response activities as appropriate, coordinating with building management and/or emergency services.
+ Communicate professionally with residents, guests, and/or vendors, addressing questions and concerns while upholding Allied Universal standards.
+ Observe and report any security-related irregularities or suspicious activity at the front desk area.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ At least one year of security-related experience is required.
+ Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
+ A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
