Position Overview:

As a Residential In-Home Sales Consultant , you will:

• Build strong relationships with customers and provide tailored HVAC solutions.
• Present options clearly and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
• Secure payment and manage customer expectations effectively.

Qualifications:

We're looking for motivated, professional candidates with the following:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, residential home sales is preferred
• Proficiency in PC-based systems, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong communication and time management skills
• A valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• Residential load calculation experience and familiarity with Bryant and Carrier equipment or ability to learn
