Role Description
This is a full-time sales office assistant role located on-site in Hackensack, NJ. The sales office assistant will handle administrative and clerical tasks such as managing phone calls, data input, maintaining records, and supporting day-to-day office operations. The role requires collaboration with team members to ensure smooth and efficient office functioning. The role also involves business trips to trade shows to meet with clients and handle customer inquiries and complaints.
Qualifications
- Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Proficiency in using Office Equipment such as printers, fax machines, and copiers
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
- Basic proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office is preferred
- A high school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Previous office or administrative experience is an advantage
