Junior Hiring Manager Assistant
Our dynamic and growing company is on the lookout for a motivated and organized Junior Hiring Manager Assistant to become a valuable member of our skillful Human Resources team. In this role, you will work closely with our senior hiring managers to support the entire recruitment lifecycle, from posting job advertisements to scheduling interviews and facilitating the onboarding of new hires. Responsibilities:
- Assist with posting and updating job descriptions on various job boards and the company's career page.
- Screen resumes and application forms to identify and shortlist qualified candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, managing calendars effectively.
- Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing timely updates and answering inquiries.
- Assist with the new hire onboarding process, including preparing necessary paperwork and coordinating orientation schedules.
- Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate candidate information and status.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR and hiring team as needed.
