Hazmat Company Truck Driver (1099) - Elizabeth, NJ
Silvicom is seeking skilled Company Drivers with a Hazmat endorsement to join our team. We provide competitive compensation and consistent work for our independent contractors (1099).
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely transport hazardous materials to various locations.
- Follow all applicable traffic laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate trip and delivery logs.
Requirements:
- Current CDL-A with Hazmat (H) endorsement.
- Minimum of 2 years of driving experience.
- A clean driving record with no major infractions.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years CDL A experience
- Tanker & Hazmat endorsements required
- No more than 2 traffic violations
- No more than 1 at-fault accident
- No SAP
- No DUI/DWI
Benefits
- Home time: 3 weeks out & 7 days at home or 4 weeks out & 10 days at home
- $0.65 CPM (1099) / $0.62 CPM (W2) all miles paid
- 2,800–3,200 miles weekly
