Veeva Training Content Specialist

rockITdata is seeking a Training Specialist to join our AI, Data & Analytics team. We specialize in providing strategic insights and transformative solutions to healthcare organizations, including providers, payers, pharmaceutical companies, and biotechnology firms.

The Training Specialist will be responsible for designing and developing training content and delivering training to users in Pharma and Biotech Commercial organizations.

This role will primarily be onsite in Princeton, New Jersey

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the design of training strategies
• Design comprehensive training content and materials
• Develop learning materials, including but not limited to e-learning courses, digital and print training guides, assessment and certification materials, and video-based training content
• Participate in the delivery of training to Commercial teams and act in a support capacity post-training to enable adoption

Required Qualifications

• Must have a BA/BS Degree
• Experience in instructional design
• Strong content development skills, including technical writing, e-learning and video editing skills
• Must have 3+ years experience working in Pharma / Biotech Commercial organizations using Veeva CRM, Vault CRM or Salesforce CRM
• Experience working with AI, Data & Analytics projects
• Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong PowerPoint development, presentation and storytelling abilities
• Proficiency in LMS (Learning Management Systems)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working Qlik, Tableau or Power BI
• Certifications in Learning Management
