About the role

Join our team as a Maintenance Storeman , where you'll play a vital role in managing and optimizing spare parts inventory within SAP Plant Maintenance (PM). You'll oversee storeroom operations, ensure accurate stock levels, and support maintenance activities by handling goods issues and receipts. With a sharp eye on inventory strategies and compliance, you'll help keep our plant running smoothly and efficiently. Familiarity with the RPS methodology is a plus for driving smart spare parts management.

The experience we're looking for

• High school diploma or GED required
• Associate degree or technical certification in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Maintenance, or related field preferred
• SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) or Materials Management (MM) training or certification is a strong asset

Your responsibilities

 Maintain 95%+ inventory accuracy for RFID/non-RFID parts; stock goods and process SAP receipts


 Issue and kit parts for work orders; manage returns, reservations, and invoice discrepancies


 Monitor storeroom conditions, stock levels, and usage trends to optimize inventory and replenishment


 Create, review, and prioritize PRs/POs; coordinate approvals, vendor orders, and framework services


 Track supplier reliability and delivery; ensure accurate SAP material references and MDG data


 Manage consumables, critical spares, coders, and fluids; maintain SDS documentation as needed


 Organize bin locations, labels, and RFID tags; refine storage and ordering workflows


 Generate KPI and shift reports; support compliance, continuous improvement, and SAP process enhancements

Pay Range

$24 - $30 per hour DOE

Pay Transparency

The base salary range for this role will vary based on experience in job and industry, training and education, skills relevant to the position, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to the base salary, the position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, which is subject to change each year.
