- Valid Driver’s License (field work required on an as-needed basis)
- Strong understanding of survey fundamentals, workflows, and deliverables
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate’s degree or higher in Land Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering Technology, or a related discipline
- Professional credentials such as NSPS CST, LSIT, or PLS (or actively pursuing licensure)
- FAA Part 107 Drone Pilot License is a plus
- Experience working in both field and office environments
Proficiency with:

- Strong understanding of State Plane Coordinate Systems and grid-to-ground conversions
- Solid technical math skills (geometry, trigonometry, survey calculations)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
