Overview
A growing healthcare services organization (300–500 employees) is seeking a Director of Human Resources to bring structure, clarity, and consistency to its HR function.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who is comfortable operating close to the business — not removed from it. The right candidate will take ownership of day-to-day HR operations while serving as a steady and trusted partner to ownership.
The goal is not to overhaul everything, but to ensure that HR is running effectively, issues are handled properly, and leadership has confidence in the function.
Key Responsibilities
Lead HR operations across multiple locations
Manage employee relations with sound judgment and professionalism
Ensure hiring, onboarding, and HR processes are consistent and well-executed
Provide clear, practical guidance to leadership on workforce matters
Maintain organization-wide standards around accountability and performance
Ensure employee issues are addressed promptly and appropriately
Support organizational stability through strong, day-to-day HR execution

Strong judgment and ability to handle complex employee situations
Organized, responsive, and detail-oriented
Professional, composed, and solution-focused
Comfortable working directly with ownership
