Job Title: Entry-Level Assembler

Job Summary

The Entry-Level Assembler is responsible for assembling components and products in a manufacturing environment. This position is ideal for candidates with little to no prior experience who are eager to learn and develop hands-on skills. The role involves following instructions, using basic tools, and ensuring quality standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Assemble parts and components according to work instructions and specifications
• Follow written and verbal instructions to complete assigned tasks
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Perform repetitive assembly tasks in a fast-paced production environment
• Meet daily production and quality goals
• Follow all company safety guidelines and procedures
• Assist with packaging or labeling products as needed
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors

Qualifications

• No prior experience required – willing to train
• Ability to follow directions and learn new skills
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Basic communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment

This is a Permanent position based out of Waldwick, NJ.

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr.
