Marketing Specialist I
- Strategic Design: Translate high-level brand strategy into thoughtful, consistent, and visually engaging designs that bring our mission to life across every touchpoint.
- Global Collaboration: Partner closely with Creative Strategy Leads and cross-functional partners in communications and marketing to ensure brand consistency worldwide.
- Brand Evolution: Contribute to the building of an iconic brand of the future, ensuring the visual language remains fresh, professional, and impactful.
- Multi-Channel Execution: Design and produce assets for a wide variety of platforms, ensuring a seamless brand experience from digital to physical environments.
- Experience: 3–6 years of experience in brand design, visual identity, or a related creative role (agency or in-house).
- Vision: A portfolio that demonstrates your ability to build and maintain complex visual identity systems.
- Technical Mastery: Expert-level skills in the Adobe Creative Suite and modern design collaboration tools (e.g., Figma).
- Communication: The ability to articulate design decisions to stakeholders and translate business goals into aesthetic solutions.
- Adaptability: A thrive-under-pressure mindset, ready to work in a fast-paced, global environment.

- Partner with internal teams and external agencies as a creative collaborator—bringing ideas, inspiration, and visual storytelling across print, digital, experiential, and merchandise channels
- Contribute to the concepting and design of brand campaigns, presentations, events, and other key initiatives that express the GE Vernova identity
- Ensure marketing and communication materials align with GE Vernova’s brand standards and visual identity guidelines
- Provide brand guidance and feedback to internal teams and external partners, balancing creativity with governance
- Participate in ideation sessions, offering fresh perspectives that support an evolving, purpose-driven brand
