Communicate clearly with patients to explain procedures, ease anxieties, and foster a trusting environment.

Maintain detailed records of collections, patient interactions, and specimen processing, ensuring compliance with confidentiality and regulatory standards.

Demonstrate professional behavior and uphold a positive image within the clinical setting, contributing to a safe and welcoming atmosphere.

Adapt to different work environments, including patient service centers, outpatient clinics, or in-office settings, as needed.

Participate in ongoing training and adhere to all policies relating to safety, dress code, and operational procedures.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
