Qualifications:

• Current, unencumbered RN license
• Demonstrated experience in an operating room environment
• Strong assessment and clinical documentation skills
• Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
• Prior experience working with surgical patients is highly desirable

Responsibilities:

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care for individuals undergoing surgical procedures
• Ensure comprehensive documentation reflecting patient needs and interdisciplinary treatment plans
• Oversee, assign, and evaluate tasks performed by non-nursing direct care providers in the OR
• Participate in developing and revising individualized care plans and clinical interventions
• Support best practices for patient safety and quality outcomes
