Forklift Operator

Are you a precision driver who values safety and efficiency? We are looking for a dedicated Forklift Operator to become the backbone of our logistics operations. In this role, you won't just be moving pallets—you’ll be a vital part of a fast-paced team that ensures our customers get exactly what they need, right when they need it.

What You’ll Do

• Master the Floor: Safely operate heavy-duty forklifts (stand-up/sit-down) to transport, stack, and stage freight across our busy warehouse.

• Accuracy Matters: Utilize your attention to detail to verify inventory, scan labels, and ensure that every item is tracked correctly from dock to rack.

• Safety First: Conduct rigorous daily equipment inspections and serve as a champion for our "safety-first" culture by maintaining a clean, hazard-free workspace.

salary: $20.5 - $20.75 per hour

work hours: 3:30 PM - 12 AM

Responsibilities

We are looking for a skilled and safety-conscious Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating industrial trucks to load, unload, move, stack, and stage materials throughout our facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Material Handling: Safely operate forklift equipment to move goods, pallets, and raw materials within the warehouse.

• Loading/Unloading: Efficiently load and unload delivery vehicles while ensuring items are secured correctly.

• Inventory Accuracy: Assist in cycle counts and maintain organized storage areas, ensuring products are placed in the correct locations.

• Safety Compliance: Perform daily equipment inspections, report maintenance needs immediately, and strictly adhere to all OSHA and company safety protocols.

• Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the workspace clean and free of debris to ensure a safe operating environment.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Certification: Valid forklift certification or the ability to obtain one upon hire.

• Experience: Proven experience operating sit-down and/or stand-up forklifts in a fast-paced environment.

• Skills: attention to detail, ability to follow written and verbal instructions, and basic math skills for inventory counting.

• Physical Stamina: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive motions.

• Reliability: work ethic and commitment to attendance and punctuality.
