National Account Manager (Pharmaceutical Sales)
Overview
National Account Manager (Pharmaceutical Sales) — Remote | NJ | $70K–$75K base + commission (uncapped potential) + annual merit increases. Comprehensive medical/dental/vision, 401k with match, PTO, and career advancement.
What You’ll Do:
- Build and maintain relationships with national pharmacy and healthcare accounts.
- Drive revenue growth by expanding generic drug sales and securing long-term contracts.
- Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and account strategy.
- Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance.
What You Bring:
- 2+ years in pharmaceutical sales or national account management.
- Experience with generic drugs, distribution, or wholesale pharmacy sales.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to bring a book of business and drive measurable sales growth.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and relationship-focused.
