MACHINE OPERATORS - ALL 3 SHIFTS

Responsibilities include:
- Inspect and prepare raw materials for machine operations.
- Operate and monitor the capsule machine according to guidelines.
- Perform changeovers and troubleshoot machine issues efficiently.
- Keep accurate logs of machine performance and output.
- Conduct regular maintenance and ensure safety checks are completed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure production targets are met.
- Suggest process improvements to enhance productivity and safety.
Qualified candidates will have the following:
- Strong computer skills for control station operation.
- Keen eye for detail and precision in tasks.
- Mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience.
- Effective communication skills and a team-oriented approach.
- Physical ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
