Billing Administrator

• Miller Dedicated Services - Supports customers in outsourcing their transportation needs by providing vehicles, drivers, fuel, insurance, and overall industry expertise.

Miller Transportation Group is hiring a Billing Administrator for our Miller Truck Leasing division in Mount Holly, NJ . Ideal candidates will have excellent customer service and time management skills, and a desire to make a positive impact on the team and the company.

Requirements

You Will regularly perform the following:

• Weekly and Monthly Billing
• Working with Customers to resolve disputes
• Filing, scanning and mailing
• Depositing Checks
• Data input
• Check writing
• Commercial registration and titling for new and used vehicles across multiple states
• Working with Lease/Rental Customers to receive and maintain their insurance on Miller owned vehicles
• Tracking and maintaining dealer plate logs for multiple locations

You Have:

• Excellent communication skills (orally and in writing)

• Time management skills along with strong organization skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Problem solving skills
• Ability to work on a team
• Ability to learn computer systems
• Microsoft Office - Outlook and Excel experience
• Ability to adapt and problem solve
• Ability to work: Monday - Friday from 8:30 AM until 5:00 PM
