Schedule:

• ​​​​​​​​​7 AM - 3 PM OR 3 PM - 11 PM
• Part-time and full-time opportunities available
• Weekend and holiday rotation

Position Overview:

• As a Travel Certificated Medication Aide, you will travel between our Bergen County homes to support residents by safely administering medications and providing compassionate care in a structured, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications in accordance with physician orders, company policy, and New Jersey state regulations
• Accurately document medication administration and related observations
• Monitor residents for side effects or adverse reactions and promptly report concerns
• Communicate effectively with nursing staff, healthcare providers, residents, and families
• Support residents with dignity and respect in a memory care setting

What You'll Need:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Completion of an NJ Department of Health–approved Medication Aide training program and successful exam completion
• Must have a Certified Medical Aide Certificate
• Ability to travel within Bergen County
• Experience in memory care, assisted living, or senior care preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
