DME Fitter and Coordinator
We are actively hiring a DME (Durable Medical Equipment) Fitter and Coordinator to join our clinical team in Voorhees Township, NJ . This full-time position is ideal for candidates with hands-on experience in medical equipment fitting and patient support. You will play a critical role in ensuring patients receive properly fitted equipment, while collaborating with clinicians and vendors to optimize patient outcomes. This opportunity is based in Voorhees Township , providing a supportive environment for professional growth and continuing education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fit, adjust, and troubleshoot durable medical equipment for patients, ensuring safety and comfort.
- Educate patients and caregivers on proper equipment usage, maintenance, and care.
- Coordinate equipment orders, scheduling, and follow-ups with vendors and clinical staff.
- Maintain precise records of patient interactions, device fittings, and inventory.
- Collaborate with clinicians to support individualized patient treatment plans.
- Deliver excellent patient-centered service, addressing questions and concerns professionally.
Requirements
- Prior experience with DME or related medical equipment preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and detail-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage patients and clinical staff.
