Impact XM creates powerful solutions for virtual and live events—from trade shows and exhibits to immersive experiential environments and permanent corporate installations. We’re looking for an Estimator to join our Global Operations team and play a key role in supporting Global Sales by delivering accurate, timely, and strategic cost estimates across a wide range of projects.

In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to translate creative ideas and technical documentation into detailed, reliable estimates that help drive smart business decisions.

• Adhere to all Impact XM processes and policies with precision and efficiency

• Learn and effectively utilize Impact XM project systems and tools

• Communicate clearly and collaboratively with internal departments and team members

• Partner with strategic vendors and suppliers to support accurate estimate deliverables

• Maintain highly organized and detailed project files

• Review all incoming estimate requests daily to ensure timely responses

• Prepare comprehensive cost estimates using proposals, designs, CAD drawings, renderings, and material specifications

• Review and validate estimates prepared by Global Project Management

• Identify and resolve discrepancies by collecting and analyzing relevant information

• Present estimates using clear numerical and descriptive data

• Prepare special reports by analyzing cost data, trends, and insights

• Maintain and update cost databases, ensuring accurate entry and backup of information

• Stay current on technical knowledge through workshops, training, and industry resources

• Contribute to overall team success by supporting related initiatives as needed

• Visualize final build outcomes based on construction drawings and renderings

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) or 2–5 years of estimating experience in exhibits, experiential marketing, museums, or permanent corporate installations

• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

• Flexible schedule and willingness to work necessary hours to meet project demands

• A customer-centric mindset and passion for collaborating with people

• Comfort working independently in an entrepreneurial environment

• Open-minded, adaptable, and receptive to new ideas and approaches

• Strong conceptual and visualization skills

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and setup prints

• Experience translating solid-model renderings into construction methodologies

• A collaborative team player who values shared success

• Strong communication skills, including presenting, writing proposals, quotations, and maintaining accurate project documentation

• Ability to build strong rapport with existing and prospective clients

• Sound business judgment and financial awareness

• Proven ability to multitask and perform under tight, immovable deadlines

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
