Job Title: Lab Technician

Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM

About the Role:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Lab Technician to join our Quality Assurance team. In this role, you’ll perform routine and advanced testing to ensure our food products meet the highest standards for safety, quality, and taste. You’ll work hands-on in a fast-paced environment, supporting production and continuous improvement efforts.

• Perform quality checks and lab tests on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products (e.g., pH, moisture, temperature, microbiological safety).
• Conduct visual inspections and verify compliance with GMP, SOPs, and HACCP standards.
• Accurately document test results and escalate any deviations or nonconformities.
• Maintain and calibrate lab equipment to ensure reliable results.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and support process improvements.
• Assist in updating quality procedures and documentation.
• Prepare daily shift summaries and ensure proper recordkeeping.

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience in food or manufacturing environments preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and solid computer skills (Microsoft Office, ERP systems).
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and rotating shifts.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

You’ll work in a clean, organized lab setting with standard testing equipment. Safety and hygiene are top priorities, and appropriate lab attire is required.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00/hr.
