Call Center Representative (Integrity Exterior Services)
We’re Hiring: Friendly Call Center Representatives at Integrity Exterior Services!
Do you love talking to people and providing excellent service? At Integrity Exterior Services, we’re all about putting our customers first! We’re looking for a warm and welcoming Call Center Representatives to join our team and help our clients with their exterior service needs.
Your Daily Adventures Will Include:
- Being the friendly voice on the line, answering calls and responding to customer inquiries with a smile.
- Helping customers understand our exterior services and guiding them through their options.
- Scheduling appointments and following up with clients to ensure their needs are met.
- Resolving customer concerns with care and making sure they leave the conversation happy!
- Keeping accurate notes on customer interactions in our system, ensuring a smooth workflow.

Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- A sunny disposition and a love for helping others!
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus.
- Great communication skills and the ability to make customers feel valued.
- Strong listening skills and patience in addressing customer needs.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems are helpful.
