Premier Apartment Management Organization is seeking an energetic, organized, experienced Accounts Payable professional to join our hardworking team in Fort Lee, NJ.

Must have experience working with sub-contractor invoices to be considered.

Responsibilities include:

• Track/process/reconcile payments, expenditures, purchase orders, invoices, statements, checks, refund requisitions etc.,
• Manage all payment cycle activities
• Ensure correct approval, sorting, coding and matching of invoices/receipts
• Liaise with internal and external clients

Requirements include:

• Experience with Construction PO / Contracts in the construction field
• 5 plus years accounts payable experience
• Solid knowledge of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable principles
• Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
• Proficiency in MS Office and MS Excel
• Strong organization, multi-tasking, detailed oriented & deadline sensitive
• Knowledge of Nexus and IBS a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Associates degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration—BA preferred
• Working Knowledge of Certificates of Insurance a plus
• In-Office Position
