Job Description
Role - Senior Salesforce Developer
Location - Parsippany, New Jersey 07054
Mode of Working - Onsite - Hybrid (3 - 4 day's work from office)
Employment type - Fulltime
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Work closely with business and understand the requirement and conduct feasibility analysis of available solution approaches
- Work with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to implement, integrate and maintain the Salesforce.com CRM solution including architecture, design, system testing, and user acceptance testing.
- Determine the scope and corresponding effort estimates for all development work
- Perform code reviews and ensure team follows best practices and SFDC Coding Standards.
- Lead the effort to document technical requirements, architecture, and design of deployment and integration of the Salesforce.com solution.
- Communicate closely with the rest of the technology development teams, including keeping stakeholders informed of technical progress and risks.
- Coordinate the onshore and offshore teams in support of development activities.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction through the delivery of high-quality, timely, and thorough solutions to customer problems.
- Design and mentor team in technical solutioning of business requirements.
- In order to deliver the quality solutions, candidate must have:
- Hands on experience in Salesforce OOB functionality and features like, custom objects and fields Page layouts, Workflow & process builder, Approval processes, Security implementation, Validation rules, Custom tabs, Reports and Dashboards, Security features: Roles, Profiles, Permission Sets & Groups, OWD, Sharing Rules, Apex Sharing, Sharing Sets etc.
- Process flow and email generation according to application requirements Flow Builder
- Experience in Application customization and development, including Lightning pages, Lightning Web Components, Aura Components, Apex (classes and triggers).
- Experience in integration of salesforce with other systems using Salesforce APIs, SOAP, Rest API etc. o Proficient with Microsoft Visual Studio, Salesforce Lightning Design System, and the Salesforce development lifecycle.
Knowledge of Tools:
- Data-Loader, ANT, Workbench, GIT, Bit-Bucket Version Control.
- Plan and strategize the deployment activities between sandboxes and to PROD.
- Must have knowledge of deployment activities (CI/CD) between the Salesforce environments.
- Manage a team of 4-6 members
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Qualifications
Must have skills:
- Candidate must have a minimum experience of around 8-10 years working in Force.com platform with 4-6 end to end implementation projects experience.
- Candidate will be responsible for solutioning, conducting technical reviews and mentoring the team.
- Agent force, Experience Cloud, LWC, Sales Cloud.
Good to Have:
- Salesforce Sales cloud Consultant certification
- Knowledge of Service or any other Cloud Service Cloud
- Development & configuration of Salesforce Service Cloud functionalities
- Experience in Setting up & customizing Service cloud console and developing custom console components and integrating with console
- Setting up of Live Agent, Omni-Channel Routing, Email to Case, Web-to-Case
- Knowledge of CTI integration is good-to-have
- Salesforce Service cloud Consultant certification
- Knowledge of Sales Cloud Experience Cloud
- Develop and configure Salesforce Community Cloud features
- Design and develop custom data model, user interface, business logic for Partner communities using lightning components.
- Hands-on experience in Salesforce Community – Administration, Builder, Content Management & Gamification, Salesforce Lightning community with standard templates and theme.
- Salesforce community cloud certification
- Knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Salesforce Developer certification (PD1 and PD2)
