About the Role:

• Providing basic care to patients, including assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitoring and reporting changes in patient condition to nursing staff
• Maintaining accurate and timely records of patient care
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans

Requirements:
Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
