About the Role

Do you like to build a strong sales team? Are you curious about how people are making their products? Do you like to help people solve their problems?

We’re seeking a successful sales professional with technical expertise who enjoys working directly with customers and also enjoys mentoring others. As a Sales Team Lead , your primary focus will be building strong relationships and driving sales of converting and industrial machinery. You’ll also support and guide a team of sales representatives by sharing your technical knowledge and helping them achieve success.

What You’ll Do

• Manage accounts and actively grow new business.
• Spend time on the road meeting engineers, plant managers, and buyers.
• Recommend technical solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Support and mentor 5+ sales reps by sharing expertise and best practices.
• Work with engineering and operations for smooth pre- and post-sales support.
• Visiting customers (~25–30% travel).
• Track performance and share updates with sales management.

• Engineering degree (Mechanical, Industrial, or related).
• Strong track record of exceeding sales goals.
• 7+ years of technical sales experience with industrial/converting equipment.
