Catering / Event Manager
Event Sales & Event Consultant
We are seeking a motivated Event Consultant to help grow and manage our private events and special functions. This role is ideal for someone with hospitality or event experience who enjoys working directly with guests to plan memorable events while also helping drive new bookings.
This position combines event planning, client consultation, and sales, with commission opportunities based on booked events.
Responsibilities:
Consult with prospective clients to plan private events, parties, and special functions
Guide guests through event packages, menu selections, and room options
Generate new event bookings and maintain relationships with clients
Coordinate event details with the kitchen and service teams
Assist with event timelines, setup details, and execution when needed
Ensure a smooth and positive experience from initial inquiry through event completion
Qualifications:
Experience in hospitality, restaurant events, catering, or event planning
Strong communication and sales skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to build relationships with clients and convert inquiries into bookings
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Compensation:
Flexible structure with commission opportunities based on confirmed event bookings
