Blitz & Associates, a leading North Jersey plaintiff's personal injury law firm is seeking a highly skilled, bilingual (English & Spanish) Legal Assistant with a minimum of three years of focused experience in personal injury law in New Jersey.

This role is for a professional who can manage sophisticated legal support functions and drive case progression. The ideal candidate will be an integral part of our legal team, leveraging their expertise to handle critical responsibilities, including:

• Drafting complex legal documents, such as initial complaints, discovery motions, and answers to interrogatories.

• Managing all aspects of case correspondence with the courts, defense counsel, and clients.

• Serving as a key point of contact for clients, providing updates and ensuring seamless communication throughout the legal process.

The successful candidate must possess:

• A high level of proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.

• Demonstrated expertise in navigating the eCourts system efficiently.

• Exceptional organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.

• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple priorities.
