Responsibilities:

• Design and implement customized fitness programs for clients in their homes.
• Conduct fitness assessments to track client progress and adjust programs accordingly.
• Provide motivation and support to help clients achieve their fitness goals.
• Maintain a safe and effective workout environment for clients.
• Educate clients on proper exercise techniques and nutrition.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage retention.
• Stay updated on fitness trends and best practices to enhance training sessions.
• Manage scheduling and logistics for client appointments efficiently.

Requirements:

• Certified Personal Trainer with a recognized certification.
• Experience in personal training or fitness coaching preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire clients of all fitness levels.
• Knowledge of exercise science and nutrition principles.
• Reliable transportation to travel to client locations.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate clients' needs.
• Passion for fitness and helping others achieve their goals.

Job Summary
The Certified Personal Trainer will be responsible for providing one-on-one personalized fitness instruction to clients while encouraging them to reach their fitness goals. A GYMGUYZ Trainer will provide professional instruction for each client's health, fitness and wellness goals while providing the highest level of customer service. Job is part time to full time.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer (NCCA or DEAC accredited organization).
• Minimum High school diploma or GED equivalent. Advanced education preferred.
• All experience levels welcome to apply.
• Good communication skills; verbal, written, and technical.
• Have a basic understanding of nutrition and healthy living practices.
• Knowledgeable of a variety of exercise equipment and personal training methods.
• Clean Drivers License/driving record.
• Certified in CPR/AED.
• Able to lift, push and pull up to 50 lbs. and perform athletic calisthenics duties.

Responsibilities
WORKING TASKS

• Follow the workout program developed from the initial assessment
• Choose customized exercises that provide optimum results per the clients needs
• Demonstrate each exercise and ensure the client is performing correctly with or without modifications
• Document and plan your sessions in our GYMGUYZ App
• Complete session notes after each client training session
• Conduct client reassessments every 4 6 weeks
• Maintain client sessions through GYMGUYZ scheduling software
• Able to provide a flexible schedule to accommodate client appointments

BEHAVIORAL

• Able to motivate clients to their physical limits while providing encouragement and morale support
• Able to be punctual and effectively manage appointments and rescheduling of the make-up training session
• Able to adhere to all company policies
• Able to complete basic administrative tasks and communicate promptly with coworkers and clients in a remote work environment.

SAFETY, ENVIRONMENTAL, PHYSICAL

• Ensure that the exercise equipment is kept clean and in good working condition after each session
• Ensure safe and effective use of equipment by client and/or groups
• Ensure the integrity of each client's home, office, or the setting of choice
• Able to apply first aid procedures and respond to emergency situational needs
• Able to drive and maintain the GYMGUYZ cargo van for business purposes only, if applicable.
• Other duties as assigned in accordance with the scope of the Personal Trainer position
