F&I Manager

- Proven F&I Manager experience in automotive retail (required)
- Strong knowledge of lending practices, service contracts, GAP, and protection products
- Hands‑on experience with Reynolds & Reynolds DMS
- Polished communication, strong closing skills, and compliance‑first mindset
