STAFFING SPECIALIST
Bilingual Staffing Specialist – Paterrson, NJ
💵 Salary: From $42,000/year
🕒 Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–4:00 PM or 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
📆 Occasional weekend support may be required
We’re hiring a Bilingual Staffing Specialist to join our in-office team in Paterson, NJ. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, multitasking, and making an impact by helping candidates find employment.
You’ll support recruiting for light industrial and clerical positions , while partnering with clients to meet daily staffing needs.
Responsibilities:
- Source and recruit candidates through job boards, walk-ins, referrals, and outreach
- Interview, hire, and onboard employees
- Communicate with candidates via phone, email, and in person
- Maintain accurate employee records and schedules
- Visit client sites and support workforce needs
- Work with the team to meet recruiting goals
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of recruiting, staffing, or customer service experience
- Bilingual: Spanish & English (required)
- Strong computer skills (Excel, Outlook, ATS)
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Professional communication and organization skills
- Preferred: Reside within 25 miles of Hamilton, NJ
