CDL-A Truck Driver
Hiring Area: Newark, NJ
Job Type: OTR / Regional | Home Time: Every two weeks
Weekly Pay: $1,350 to $1,550 | Freight: No-touch dry van (drop and hook)

A CDL-A truck driver in this operation works within a system designed to keep trucks advancing through planned routing and organized load coordination. The role focuses on moving efficiently between pickups and deliveries while limiting delays between assignments.

How the Work Moves
Loads are assigned to support continuous progression throughout the week. Delivery sequences are arranged to reduce downtime, and dispatch coordination helps maintain route flow across multiple states. A Class A CDL driver moves through scheduled load transitions that keep trucks active without unnecessary interruptions.

Home Time Setup
Time off is scheduled every two weeks and communicated in advance. This allows a CDL A driver to plan personal time while remaining on the road long enough to support consistent earnings.

Equipment Overview
Drivers operate late-model Freightliner, Volvo, and Peterbilt tractors equipped with refrigerators, APUs, and inverters. The equipment supports extended time on the road while maintaining comfort.

Pay and Support
Weekly Pay: $1,350 to $1,550
Earnings are supported by active freight demand and coordinated dispatch flow. Additional options such as per diem are available, along with access to multi-state operating lanes.

Driver Requirements
