In this role, you will work closely with clients to design seamless and memorable cruise experiences—from selecting the ideal itinerary to coordinating onboard activities. Key Responsibilities
• Guide clients through cruise destinations, itineraries, and package options to create fully customized vacation experiences.
• Manage bookings, modifications, and cancellations in accordance with vendor and company policies.
• Provide accurate, detailed information on cruise lines, ships, ports of call, excursions, and travel requirements.
• Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
• Deliver an exceptional client experience from initial consultation through post-travel follow-up.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date records for all client interactions, quotes, and bookings.
• Stay current with cruise industry trends, promotions, and partner offers to provide informed recommendations.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality and support overall client satisfaction.
Qualifications
• Must be at least 18 years old and reside in the United States.
• Prior experience in travel sales, hospitality, or customer service (cruise experience is highly preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset.
• Self-motivated with the ability to balance multiple clients, priorities, and deadlines.
• Comfortable using booking platforms, CRM systems, and other essential travel technology.
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
