Job Title: Forklift Operator (Hi-Lo & Cherry Picker)
Location: Kearny, NJ
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $18.00/hour

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Forklift Operator to safely and efficiently operate Hi-Lo (sit-down) forklifts and Cherry Pickers in a warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for moving, locating, stacking, and tracking inventory while maintaining a safe and organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate Hi-Lo (sit-down forklift) and Cherry Picker equipment
• Pick and pack orders accurately using RF scanners (if applicable)
• Load and unload trucks in a timely manner
• Move materials throughout the warehouse as needed
• Stack and store products in designated areas
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report any issues
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Prior experience operating a Hi-Lo forklift and Cherry Picker
• Ability to work at heights and in a fast-paced warehouse setting
• Basic warehouse and inventory knowledge
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and safety
• Reliable and punctual
