Traffic / Routing Coordinator - TEMP
- Location : Parsippany, NJ
- Pay Rate : $18-21/hr
- Hours : 7 am-3:30 pm Mon-Fri - 6 weeks
Job Summary:
The Routing Coordinator will perform administrative tasks and services to support effective and efficient operations of the organization's Routing and Shipping Functions. Traffic / Routing Coordinator Duties/Responsibilities- Ensure all routing websites are updated with logins and password.
- Prioritize workflow on urgent orders on a daily basis.
- Ability to use multiple warehousing systems.
- Respond to emails and provide proper information in a timely manner.
- Submitting daily routing/communicate with carriers on daily pickups.
- Follow up daily with all carriers on routing via E-mails/phone calls.
- Ensure that “Estimated Ship Dates” are updated as soon as routing is submitted on every account for every Brand in system. An average of 10-20 accounts daily.
- Daily tracking of orders which is necessary to route orders based on Start / Cancel dates.
- Create daily Edit List for each account/brand.
- Prepare daily paperwork for the shipping office, for the day of shipping.
- Prepare UPS/FDX Labels for cartons when return routing.
- Ability to cross-train, update SOP’S.
- Communicates system issues to Department Management for review/resolution.
- Daily invoicing of product that has shipped.
- Mailing out Invoices, stuffing envelopes for mail.
- Logging into Retailers web portals for customers including but not limited to Amazon, Bealls, Belk, Kohls, JCPenny, Walmart, Boscov’s, Dillard’s, Vonmaur, Macy’s, Army, UPS/FedEx, Marines, Zulili, Nexcom, Ross, VF Outlets.
Traffic / Routing Coordinator Qualifications
- Preferred: 1-2 years’ experience in Traffic/ Routing.
- Must be able to work both independently and collaboratively with the team.
- Must be Self-motivated and proactive.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft programs (Excel, Outlook, Word etc)
Education
- High School Diploma required.
