We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Front Desk Coordinator to join our team in Princeton, New Jersey. In this contract position, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring smooth communication and efficient operations at the front desk. This role is ideal for someone with strong interpersonal skills and a knack for multitasking in a fast-paced healthcare environment. This is a short 3-day assignment.
Responsibilities:
• Greet visitors and patients with a welcoming demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Manage a multi-line phone system, directing calls to the appropriate departments or personnel.
• Handle incoming calls efficiently, providing accurate information or redirecting inquiries as needed.
• Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with staff to meet patient needs.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and filing to support office operations.
• Communicate effectively with team members to address any issues or improve processes.
• Provide excellent customer service to enhance the overall patient experience.
• Monitor and respond to emails or other communications in a timely manner.
• Proficiency in operating multi-line phone systems.
• Strong ability to handle inbound calls and provide clear, helpful responses.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a busy environment.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Familiarity with basic administrative tasks and office equipment.
• Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service.
