Overview:
We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Communications Assistant to support customer outreach, brand messaging, and promotional campaigns. This role involves direct communication with customers and assisting with marketing and event initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate product and service information to customers in person
- Assist with marketing campaigns and promotional outreach
- Support event teams with customer engagement and brand messaging
- Respond to customer questions and provide accurate information
- Maintain records of interactions and campaign activity
- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to ensure consistent messaging
Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional and customer-focused demeanor
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to work in fast-paced, team-oriented environments
- Basic computer proficiency
