• Insurance and Payments:Clearly explain insurance benefits, payment options, and care plans.
• Patient Interaction:Maintain a high standard of communication and follow-up to ensure a seamless patient experience.
• Office Efficiency:Contribute ideas to enhance office workflow and efficiency.
