• Collaborate with embedded software engineers hardware teams and systems engineers to identify testing requirements and troubleshooting issues.

• Work with internal and external partner resources to test and support release software in a timely manner per SOPs.

• Enhancethecapabilitiesofthetestautomationframework and CI/CD pipelines toimprove testing efficiency and coverage of embedded software firmware and hardware integration.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and technicians to design and develop test fixtures.

• Perform root cause analysis on software failures and collaborate on corrective actions.

• Integrates Johnson & Johnsons Credo and Leadership Imperatives into team goals and decision making

Qualifications:

• B.S / M.S. in computer science math computer engineering electrical engineering or an engineering field or equivalent work experience.

• 2 years of manual and automated testing experience on an embedded platform with real-time operating system (micro-controller microprocessor).

• Experience in writing/scripting python and windows shell programming.

• Prior experience in designing fixtures and tools for test automation.

• Familiaritywithbehavior-drivensoftwaredevelopment&automationtesting.

• Familiarity with Jira Jenkins Jama Gitlab and other DevOps managed applications.

• Comfortable with system-level troubleshooting using electrical and software tools.

• Knowledge of QNX would be a big plus.

• Experience in the medical device industry is strongly preferred.

• Working knowledge of cardiovascular physiology would be a big PLUS.

• Willing to travel 5% of the time to meet with customers to assess product performance in the field and gather user needs.

• Highly collaborative with excellent communication and analytical skills.

• Self-motivated and willing to learn and explore new technologies.

• Independent efficient and able to manage competing priorities.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $89000 to $143750.

The Company maintains highly competitive performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporations performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Companys discretion on an individual basis.
