Affirmed Home Care is seeking experienced and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide high-quality, in-home healthcare services throughout Northern and Central New Jersey .

Key Responsibilities

• Perform detailed client assessments and develop individualized care plans

• Administer medications, treatments, and nursing procedures accurately

• Monitor patient progress and respond promptly to changes in condition

• Provide skilled nursing care, including wound care, IV therapy, and catheter management

• Educate clients and families on disease management, medications, and home safety

• Maintain accurate, compliant clinical documentation

• Ensure adherence to all state and federal healthcare regulations

• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care that enhances quality of life

Qualifications

• Active RN License in the State of New Jersey (required)

• 1–2 years of nursing experience preferred (home care, geriatrics, or related field)

• Excellent clinical, communication, and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently in a home care environment

• CPR and BLS certification (required)

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) preferred
