As a Graduate Insight Analyst, you’ll dive into oceans of player data, team up with brilliant minds across Marketing and Product, and help us optimize how we attract, convert, and retain our players across Sports and iGaming (think slots, bingo, casino, the full experience!).

What You'll Do

• Partner with teams across the business to uncover opportunities that boost Bally’s Interactive’s performance and market share.
• Analyze data from multiple sources to deliver actionable insights that enhance acquisition, conversion, and retention funnels.
• Bring creative, data-led ideas that make our player experience smoother, smarter, and more exciting.
• Challenge the status quo - find better, faster, and more innovative ways to use data to drive decisions.
• Present your findings clearly and confidently, helping teams make winning moves based on your insights.

What We're Looking For

• Excellent analytical and numerical mindset - you love diving into data and spotting the story behind it.
• Passion for the sportsbetting and casino gaming world - you get the excitement, the pace, and the challenge.
• Ability to turn complex insights into clear, actionable recommendations that move the needle.
• Familiarity with analytical tools like SQL, Excel, or Google BigQuery (nice to have, but not essential - we’ll help you level up!).
• Adaptability and curiosity - you thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving game.
• Great communication and collaboration skills - you know when to take the shot and when to pass the ball.
