The Opportunity

We are seeking a Licensed and/or CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® (CFP®) professional to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a planner who values deep client relationships, collaborative teamwork, holistic financial planning and looking for a competitive salary with incentivized compensation.

You will work closely with our clients to develop and implement comprehensive financial planning while partnering with advisors and support staff to deliver a high-quality client experience and further deepening relationships. Additionally, there may be potential to grow your own client base.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and deliver comprehensive financial planning approach across retirement, investments, tax planning strategies, estate, insurance, and cash-flow planning

· Conduct client meetings and provide ongoing planning guidance and recommendations

· Analyze financial data and create clear, actionable planning strategies

· Collaborate with advisors, investment teams, and operations staff

· Monitor client progress and adjust plans as goals or circumstances change

· Stay current on financial planning strategies, regulations, and best practices

Qualifications

· CFP® certification preferred

· Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or related field preferred

· 5+ years of financial planning or advisory experience (flexible based on fit)

· Strong knowledge of retirement, investment, tax, and estate planning

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· High ethical standards and a client-first mindset

· Experience with financial planning software (e.g., eMoney, MoneyGuidePro) a plus
