Overview

Responsibilities
- Compiles and maintains products specifications for buy-out products and ingredients
- Prepares and revises product nutritional data using Genesis R&D
- Reviews product label information
- Conducts shelf life testing on new products
- Collaborates regularly with various product suppliers
- Provides feedback and direction to co-packers and suppliers on new product formulations
Qualifications
- Strong skills with hands-on troubleshooting complex problems
- Basic JavaScript skills
- Knowledge of Entity Framework and jQuery
- Exposure to development tools like Hibernate, Ant, Maven, Hudson
- Relational Database (preferably Sybase)
- The candidate will be working on the basis of functional specification to create design and technical specification artifacts
