As a Lead Pre-Kindergarten Teacher, you will:- Prepare our Pre-Kindergarteners for the structured learning environment of a Kindergarten classroom through guided instruction and child-led exploration.
- Build lesson plans that support our STREAM-based curriculum.
- Create relationships with parents and provide support through daily interactions and communication.
- Uphold the rules and regulations of Lightbridge Academy and governmental regulatory agencies about children's care, health, and safety.
- Coach and mentor assistant teachers to develop a strong classroom teaching team.

Skills, Abilities, and Experience we are looking for:
- 1-2 years of prior experience in childcare
- Post-Secondary school degree
- Organization, time management, and multi-tasking skills
- Oral and written communication skills
