As a BDC Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your primary responsibility is to engage with inbound and outbound leads, schedule appointments, and ensure a seamless and professional experience for every customer. This role is ideal for individuals who are motivated, organized, and have strong communication skills.
What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound calls, emails, and internet leads
- Schedule and confirm sales appointments
- Follow up with unsold and previous customers
- Keep CRM records accurate and organized
- Collaborate with sales to ensure appointment success
Job Requirements:
Who We Want
- Motivated and money-driven
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education a plus
- Previous experience in BDC, sales, or customer service preferred
- Automotive dealership experience is an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient with computer applications and internet tools
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Goal-oriented, motivated, and professional demeanor
