Kitchen Staff
Position Summary
The Kitchen Prep Associate supports daily kitchen operations by preparing ingredients,
following portioning guidelines, and maintaining strict food-safety standards. This role is
essential to ensuring efficient service and consistent product quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients according to established recipes, portion standards, and production lists.
- Use proper knife and cutting techniques to wash, slice, dice, peel, and portion fruits, toppings, and other components.
- Cook and prepare boba following approved procedures and timing guidelines.
- Maintain strict cleanliness and organization of prep stations, tools, and storage areas.
- Follow all food-safety rules, including proper labeling, dating, and FIFO rotation.
- Store ingredients correctly to maintain freshness and prevent cross-contamination.
- Monitor inventory levels and notify management when supplies need replenishment.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to support smooth operations.
- Communicate clearly with supervisors and team members.
- Adapt to changing needs and maintain efficiency during busy periods.
Qualifications
- Previous kitchen prep experience preferred.
- Strong knife skills and comfort working with fresh produce.
- Knowledge of safe food-handling practices.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Chinese Bilingual preferred.

Pay : $17.00 - $18.50 per hour
