Position Overview : We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Business Development Associates to join our team in Mount Laurel, NJ. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to immerse themselves in the world of business development, gain hands-on experience, and contribute to a growing consulting firm. Benefits:
- $45,000 annual base + Uncapped Commissions + Monthly & Quarterly Sales Incentives
- Yr 1 Comp Target: $75,000 - $90,000
- Yr 2 Comp Target: $90,000 - $110,000

Responsibilities :
- Represent Elite as the first point of contact for prospective clients and drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation for Senior Business Consultants.
- Conduct outbound phone calls directly to financial advisors.
- Update and manage all sales activities in our CRM to track metrics.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
- Prospect and network for referrals, establish business relationships, and position the company for future business.
- Collaborate with our team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated ability to recruit and interact over the phone with seasoned financial advisors.
- 1-3 years of sales experience preferred, dealing directly with Financial Advisors or working in a recruiting capacity ideal.
- Self-starter with strong communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Internet savvy with solid computer literacy.
- Desire to learn, work within a team, adhere to best practices, and respect legal requirements.
