Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification and 1+ years Pharmacy Technician experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Located in Sayreville, New Jersey, this Temp-to-Hire opportunity is ideal for a Pharmacy Technician ready to support a fast-growing, closed-door pharmacy environment. The role focuses on facilitating patient access to a first-in-class therapy and managing a significant volume of inbound and outbound communications.

Schedule and Shifts:

• Variable schedules including days and mid shifts
• Two closing shifts per week
• Operating hours from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a high volume of calls with patients and healthcare providers
• Deliver exceptional customer service to patients and physicians
• Identify and report adverse events per company SOPs
• Create and maintain accurate records for patients, physicians, and prescriptions
• Assist the pharmacy team with prescription preparation and data entry tasks

Qualifications and Experience:

• Active and clear Pharmacy Technician license in New Jersey
• Minimum of 1 year Pharmacy Technician experience, preferably in mail order or closed-door pharmacy settings; retail experience considered
• Strong data entry and record-keeping skills
• Reliable work history without frequent job changes

Pharmacy Software: Prime Rx
Average Script Volume: Approximately 900 prescriptions per day
