Product Design Manager

About us

David & Young Group Corp is a fashion accessories company with a strong focus on headwear, all types of headwear including fashion, cold weather accessories, promotional, team, performance and Ponyflohats.com. We work with most major retailers, major sports brands and the NCAA. Candidate should be able to design, create tech packs, embroidery designs, know latest trends, understand partner platforms and coordinate with internal teams to get projects executed in a timely manner.

-Full Time in person at our Secaucus NJ office.

- Product Development, creating collections by category and season.

- Research trends and apply to product development

-Communicate with sales and production departments

- Coordinate projects with the graphic design department.

- Work closely with suppliers for samples development and price negotiations.

- Sit in on sales meetings with corporate buyers and merchandisers.

-Create Tech- packs and CADS

Required skills

- proficiency in adobe photoshop , illustrator

-strong communications skills

- detail oriented

-strong organizational and scheduling skills.

-experience working for a company the supplies major retailers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Product development: 3 years (Preferred)
• Fashion accessories design: 3 years (Preferred)
• Adobe Illustrator: 2 years (Preferred)
